This report lets you see a snapshot of your entire staff’s sales performance compared to the number of hours worked over a certain time period to verify the high or low performers.

How it's calculated:

  • This report pulls individual sales data from each employee for the current month to date.
  • Hours worked is calculated from the time clock entries in Lightspeed.
  • Sales per hour is calculated by taking the sum of all sales, per employee, and dividing by the number of hours worked.
  • Profit per hour is calculated by taking the sum of profits from all sales, per employee, and dividing by the number of hours worked.
  • Average Basket Size is the number of individual is the number of individual sale lines, not the number of individual items sold, divided by the number of completed sales per employee.

Additional Variations:

With Discounts
  • Default report with additional "Average Discount Percentage" measure, so you can see how much your employees' sales totals were affected by discounting.
With Shop Filter
  • For multi-shop owners, default report with a shop filter so you can refine the report to particular locations.
